    Hi there

Thanks so much for the Ono Macaroni Potato Salad recipe.
    I have a question…

The recipe says to chop the egg whites. Are these supposed to be cooked, because I’m not sure how I would chop an egg white.

    Appreciate your help.

    Thanks
    Barry

PS: I’m cooking lunch for 70 retired seniors. My wife is an eldercare co-ordinator in our community and I’ve roped myself in to help with the christmas lunch.

Great question. Yes, the egg whites are supposed to be chopped. Best of luck on the lunch!
