Cooking for a Large Group

Whether you’ve agreed to cooking for the church girls camp, cooking for a graduation open house, cooking for a scout camp, or cooking for a family reunion, it’s very easy to feel overwhelmed.  Your mind is filled with questions:  How do you find easy large group recipes which are designed to be made in advance, hold well, and TASTE FANTASTIC?  How do you know how much non-recipe food, such as salad, ice and drinks, to buy so that you have enough without unnecessary waste?  How do you present and serve the food so that your guests are WOWED while they are quickly and efficiently processed through the serving line?  Come to think of it, how did you get yourself to this point to begin with??  Whew!!  Well, you got yourself to this point because YOU SAID YES  And that’s a good thing.

Let’s face it – the quality of food is one of the single most important factors in determining the success of an event, and with a little effort anyone can turn out good food.  But with a little extra planning and wonderful recipes you can serve GREAT food.  So if you’re interested in serving fabulous food and creating an over the top experience, you’re in the right place.  You can SO do this, and I’m here to help!
